New to My Pet Sculpture! Standard Size Memorial Sculptures

I thank a recent customer for this idea, as she wanted her dog sculpted but also to house the remains. Since creating sufficient space inside a standard size isn’t possible (without weakening the piece too much); your replica can now lie or sit on his bed. If your friend, like mine, shared your bed, I suggest choosing a color that somehow represents your pet, maybe the collar color/design.

As shown below, this bed is custom made to fit not only the sculpture, but the ashes inside. The pillow top opens to reveal a full inch of depth, including the base and lid.

The sculpture shown is approximately 8″ in length. The bed/urn interior measurements are: 7″ long x 4″ wide. Again, this provides a depth of 1″. A greater depth may be necessary for a larger pet.

Note: this works just as well for a pet in the sitting position, as the adorable Boston shows.

If you prefer using your own urn, I have also included an image of how wonderful a sculpture looks lying atop a basic box (shown for display purpose only). Yet why not customize your container, and incorporate it into honoring your pet’s life? Your pet’s name, birth date and date of passing can be painted, etched, or engraved on a brass plaque, and will be placed in the bed’s interior.

The additional cost for a custom made bed/urn is $15.00.
